Making policies understandable for employees
An approved document is only useful if employees know which rules apply to them. Engage combines read access with short courses and quizzes based on your policies.
You can track participation and results and use them as audit evidence. These records help you spot issues; they don’t replace applying and following up the rules day to day.

Engage involves employees in your information security. You can see which courses they have completed and how they answered the related quizzes.

Engage includes four ISMS administrators and fifty employees with read access. The administrator reviews and approves each course and quiz before it is assigned to the relevant employees. You can add more employees; from 250, we provide a tailored quote.

From approved policies to targeted courses
Review before assignment
AI helps prepare the course and quiz. The administrator checks the explanations and questions, adjusts them where needed and approves them before employees get started.
Tracking participation and changes
Records show assignments, completion and results. When a policy changes substantially, the course can be updated; you follow up on overdue items and follow-up actions.
During set-up, we agree target groups, access roles and user linking. Policy Learning teaches employees your own policies; phishing simulations and awareness workshops are a separate service.
