Approach
From first insight to a regular follow-up cycle
We group our services into three categories: Assess to understand where you stand, Improve to make progress and Sustain to keep it that way. Each category delivers a concrete result. Your IT partner or IT team implements the technical measures; we assess, guide and verify.
The three categories
What each category delivers
Clear from the start
What do we mean by assessment, roadmap and ISMS?
An assessment evaluates your security within an agreed scope: the activities, systems and locations we look at. A gap analysis compares how you work today with a standard or with legal requirements.
The roadmap turns findings into actions, with priorities and owners. An ISMS is the management system you use to organise information security and keep it on track. Together, they give you insight, execution and continuous improvement.
Roles and responsibilities
Who does what?
We take care of the organisational and compliance side, and guide and validate the technical improvements. You remain responsible for your risks and legal obligations.
- Cyberwise: assessment, roadmap, policies, procedures, registers, awareness and validation.
- Your IT partner or IT team: implementation of the technical measures.
- You: approval, resources and ultimate responsibility.
Transitions
Clear transitions between the steps
Each step ends with a clear deliverable, so you know what’s done and what’s next. We flag urgent risks straight away.
- After the Assess services: your management approves the roadmap and priorities.
- After the Improve services: the measures have been delivered and every open risk has an owner.
- You decide on the next step.
